Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is our single source of truth for all content related to our deals. HubSpot addresses our issue of having to report to multiple sources for status updates on prospects and clients. We also use it as our pipeline forecast to know the status of each prospect. HubSpot has saved us hundreds if not thousands of man hours due to it's easy-to-use system and customizable experience.

HubSpot has impacted our Sales / Marketing alignment as it's very easy to see what each department is doing to increase revenue. From there we can meet with the other team if we feel one is going in another direction than the other. The high visibility of departmental efforts makes it easy to stay on the same track.
