Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

i use hubspot to track all email correspondence. Also the templates have made my life so much easier. Working in catering /events industry, after covid restrictions were lifted, everyone was in a rush to plan events that had been postponed, My mail box was flood with inquiries that I could never seem to finish in one day. Hubspot changed that completely, It almost made my job too easy. It also keeps track of all sales you make, and the email tracking helps as well this way, in cash you accidently delete something, you always have hubspot to refer back to. Our company website is also now on the hubspot server. It has been such a life changing tool for a busy industry.

very easy, also the hubspot can walk you through the tutorials in the beginning so you can learn the system. very happy with the product
Our sales/marketing is all in one, because we are a smaller business, however it does make it easier to keep it all on on platform

it is well suited for people with an influx of emails, who need to respond to them quickly and in a timely matter. Especially good for sales.

Great for tracking , this way you can go back and reference previous emails.
