Project Managers use it to track sales communication and dollars estimated and closed. Sales uses it to track leads and numbers estimated and closed. Estimators use it to relay information to sales and project managers.

- Really helps with information management
- Get to see what sales has emailed customers
- Helps keep track of dollars
Really helps log all communication with customers which makes managing projects easier after it is handed off to PMs.
