Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to further along the sales process and stay organized with tasks and follow ups. I also use it for outreach sequences.

Pros

  • Outreach sequence set up and follow up
  • Meeting links are very convenient
  • Report dashboard is great for showing data and reports

Cons

  • I sometimes do not have access to change HubSpot properties which is frustrating
  • Increased sales activity
It is much better for initial outreach and mass outreach
It has been great to integrate between our sales team. We do not use the marketing aspect as much
