Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to manage my prospects and create a task list to organize my day.

Pros

Cons

  • I don’t like the font being comic sans.
  • We have a lot of double entries at my company for potential customers.
  • Being able to link your CRM with your accounting to see profits of each deal.
  • Increased organization

This is the only CRM I have used.
It makes the organization and dealing out of accounts to a very smooth process. Everyone knows who they should be calling in their pipeline and who they need to leave alone.

HubSpot helps me plan my days out ahead of time. The task setting feature is great because it keeps me organized and helps me follow up in an appropriate amount of time with my customers and also my potential customers. HubSpot has also helped me connect better with my coworkers and customers by the notes that I can leave on each of their accounts.
