Best tool to improve sales
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I do use it to find leads and contact them. I really appreciate the way they are divided through different sections, allowing me to exactly know which prospects I'm supposed to contact every day
Pros
- Management of tasks
- Management of deals
- Understanding from the domain which company it is with the most important informations
- Easiness of tagging colleagues to let them know important inforrmation
Cons
- Better management of late pipe: there should be a way to move all the close dates of the company you were not able to complete during a day
- I do not like the idea of having both temperature of companies (hot, medium, cold) and priority (1,2,3), to me it is useless and confusing.
- More precise division for classes of annual revenues
- increasing in number of clients well managed
- shorter deal sales cycles
really good. I'm in the sales team and all the prospects that come through marketing are well managed in hubspot
