Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot allows us to keep detailed records of who we have contacted as a company, not just as individuals. This allows us to keep personalized communications and track across the business what our relationship is with clients, prospects, and new outreach.
Pros
- Multiple data fields
- Integrating with our email and email tracking
Cons
- Too many options, overcomplicated?
- Expensive for the smaller companies
- Saves us time for sales sequences
- One stop shop with several features
- Easy support access when someone has questions
We don't use the platform for Marketing support.
