Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We constantly faced the challenge of not following up with our prospects in a timely manner due to the amount we were dealing with, Hubspot solved this. We saw the amount of leads we deal with grow on a daily basis consistently and we can easy now easily manage with speaking to everyone in a timely manner and closing more sales.

I have used several different systems with being in sales for over a decade and this is by far the easiest, most efficient platform to use. Not to name a competitors name but one of the large ones make it very complicated for sales people and only make it easier for higher management. If the staff cant use it correctly, errors can be made and loss of revenue due to loss of leads/sales
With marketing, it has been an incredibly useful tool. We do bulk emails and newsletters out on a constant basis, Hubspot makes this amazingly easy to operate. We've also have had a lot of success by chasing the right clients as we can see who opened our emails and when.

I would highly recommend Hubspot CRM as it is greatly suited to a start up. It helps us grow the business by easily managing the leads and helps us perform tasks in our internal meetings. The way the system is displayed its really easy for everyone at all levels of tech ability to understand
