Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to record and track all sales activity, create outreach funnels and monitor activity on our site. Without it we couldn't accurately track our revenue, sales progressions and outreach cadences.

Overall good but not as good as Salesforce or Salesloft

It's a competent system and allows you to do everything you need on a day to day basis. It's just not as 'bells and whistles' as Salesforce for example.
