Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to maintain a healthy client database and interact with clients via emailing and other Marketing techniques. The product is extremeley helpful when storing data about our day-to-day interaction with clients.

Pros

  • setting up marketing emails beforehand
  • storing data related to calls and interaction with clients

Cons

  • When clients sign up through a third-party, it interferes with the logs and data we had already created and we lost previous data sometimes. This can be improved.
  • it has helped in increasing sales through the marketing tools available
The Sales team can stay up-to-date with all the marketing tools used, and generate more sales
