Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM Keep track of clients contact, send e-mails and to contact them when they open my e-mails, setup meetings with them. It has been very helpful tool for me because all the information's I need its all in one place. I regularly sends e-mail to my clients and the e-mail open notification feature is a very important one me. In terms of problem solving HubSpot CRM has helped us to simply our business model because we heavily rely on our e-mail campaigns to bring clients.
Pros
- Excellent Notification Features - Ex. e-mail open feature
- Really easy to set up meeting with clients
- Easy to integrate with other apps, ex, Slack, Gmail,
- Simple Interface and not so complicated setup
- Very reliable platform - breakdown very rarely and if did team will sort it out very quickly
Cons
- only glitch I observed so far is even if i open an email which I sent to a client I get the notification message saying client has open the email.
- This certainly has helped us to grow our business because it saves lot of time and has simplified the process.
- In terms of ROI i cannot say an amount because I'm only an user.
All the email campaigns and meeting setup are done via HubSpot CRM.
