Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to keep all of our inquiries for events at our property organized. It also helps majorly with marketing tactics and statistics as we are able to easily track where leads are coming from, how long it takes us to close on them, and why we are losing business.

Pros

  • Organization of contacts and leads
  • Pipelines for deals
  • Lets you create lists to more easily group your costumers

Cons

  • One issue I have is if someone already exists in your system from a previous lead, it does not pop up as a new lead when they resubmit an inquiry with us.
  • Helped create marketing tactics
  • Streamlines deals from start to finish
It has helped tremendously in allowing us see our trends and footprint.

It is well suited in that it allows us to track leads and all of their information from start to finish. It keeps all emails and conversations in one place.
