Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to keep track of new leads coming in, setting reminders, patients settings meetings with us. We use it to see where our leads are coming from, what ad they came from. We have may reports running as well. We love that we can also set email templates which makes responding to people much quicker. There was a learning curve but not that it is filtered to what I need to see and work on it is great.

I would definitely suggest HubSpot if you are needing to track leads, lead status, setting meetings, and needing to set follow-ups with potential clients. It works great and you can even integrate a calling system within HubSpot to see calls, emails, SMS, all in one place. When an appt. is booked you can set it to automatically go to your calendar so that nothing is missed. If you do reports for work you can also do this right in HubSpot. Marketing efforts can also be easily tracked within as well. It works great!
