Sales and marketing meet almost daily. The ease of chatting or tagging the appropriate department in HubSpot has been great. I can give a colleague a heads up & mention or "tag" them on the specific page or area I need them to focus on. I enjoy the fact that multiple departments can operate at a high level, while keeping communication simple and streamlined.
HubSpot was adopted to increase efficiency and make our internal processes more streamlined. It has done a great job. The move was made well over a year ago and in that time we been able to compile data that shows we have improved quite a bit in several key areas. HubSpot had really separated themselves from their competitors in my opinion.
