It didn't take long to become efficient at using HubSpot to the capabilities I needed. From a complexity standpoint, it was one of the easier CRM's I've used in my career. My estimation is that I've been able to increase communication and track goals at a much quicker, yet more accurate rate.
Sales and marketing meet almost daily. The ease of chatting or tagging the appropriate department in HubSpot has been great. I can give a colleague a heads up & mention or "tag" them on the specific page or area I need them to focus on. I enjoy the fact that multiple departments can operate at a high level, while keeping communication simple and streamlined.
HubSpot was adopted to increase efficiency and make our internal processes more streamlined. It has done a great job. The move was made well over a year ago and in that time we been able to compile data that shows we have improved quite a bit in several key areas. HubSpot had really separated themselves from their competitors in my opinion.

Moved from Salesforce to HubSpot and really enjoy the simple interface. It's been very customized to the specifics of doing my job efficiently. The data and customizable fields are a big help with managing such a large book of business. Having all that data in one location, and being able to share with relevant colleagues is a major plus.
