Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is absolutely amazing and makes it so easy to keep up with all the details of every customer you have. It is very organized and the different ways you can search for what you're looking for makes it even more convenient. I can't imagine using a different CRM, to be completely honest!

Pros

Cons

  • Be able to search by customer's address
  • Be able to find a customer even if you're one letter off from the spelling
  • Great way to see all the details of our customers
This is the only CRM I would stick with, it is the most detailed and organized compared to any other ones I have used
HubSpot makes it easier for our consultants to notate and document every interaction they have with their customer and for us to see it across the board for when the customer calls in, we have/see almost everything we would need to assist the customer
