Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The HubSpot CRM allows the business to integrate sales and marketing teams. It allows us to track our inbound marketing campaigns and the prospects that come from those efforts. Sales have a full view of what the prospect is opening and what links are drawing their attention. We have also been able to integrate our customer success team software, so everything is in one place.

  • Sometimes, the dialer goes offline randomly.
  • Switching back and forth between views can feel clunky.

I think that the Hubspot CRM has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface compared to some of the others I have used. The ease with which you can track the prospect's whole sales journey is very nice. It also has the capability for other software to easily integrate as well.

The HubSpot CRM is well suited for everyone to have one source of truth. It is easy to track what emails and what links the prospects have been opening. It is exceptional for inbound leads to get to the right person at the right time. It can be difficult to track outbound efforts, though, as it seems you have to manually log some things.
