Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I answer customer emails. This is my main tool at work and I spend most hours of my day using this.

Pros

  • Sorts emails into pipelines.
  • Clearly showcases names and tags.
  • Cross team functionality.
  • Ability to set tasks and leave notes.

Cons

  • The interface could be cleaner and simpler. There's a lot to look at.
  • Sometimes tickers just disappear if you don't assign the to yourself.
  • The "closed" box should show closed tickets in the order that they were closed. It's very hard to go back and find a ticket.
  • Shorter and more consistent response times.
  • Ability to more smoothly cross sell between teams.
This is the only one I've ever used.
I don't communicate with the marketing team, and sales just receive referrals from us.

It's good for keeping track of a conversation that is undergoing an internal investigation and linking together various emails by association. It's not best for when things are threaded or forwarded. The way that this is displayed is confusing.
