Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I answer customer emails. This is my main tool at work and I spend most hours of my day using this.
Pros
- Sorts emails into pipelines.
- Clearly showcases names and tags.
- Cross team functionality.
- Ability to set tasks and leave notes.
Cons
- The interface could be cleaner and simpler. There's a lot to look at.
- Sometimes tickers just disappear if you don't assign the to yourself.
- The "closed" box should show closed tickets in the order that they were closed. It's very hard to go back and find a ticket.
- Shorter and more consistent response times.
- Ability to more smoothly cross sell between teams.
I don't communicate with the marketing team, and sales just receive referrals from us.
