Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We used hubspot for Prospecting, Pipelining, organising lead lists into warm, cold, hot, sales forecasting, emailing prospects, calling prospects, managing customer relationships, warm outreach, cold outreach, organisation of prospects, replying to emails, sequences, uploading and storing documents, keeping track of customers and prospects, and overall sales accountability. Hubspot is the best for this.

  • Update sequences for everyone in the sequence and not just those added after the update.
  • better organisation of tasks - maybe order them by week.
  • More automation when syncing from Linkedin.
  • Sequences not updating.
  • Email sending in wrong format.
  • forecasting accuracy.

Hubspot is great for storing information, setting reminders to contact people, and recording/prompting overall sales activity. Hubspot is not so good for making recommendations on making sequences better and sometimes sends things in the wrong font, even if you can't see them until after you have sent them.
