We used hubspot for Prospecting, Pipelining, organising lead lists into warm, cold, hot, sales forecasting, emailing prospects, calling prospects, managing customer relationships, warm outreach, cold outreach, organisation of prospects, replying to emails, sequences, uploading and storing documents, keeping track of customers and prospects, and overall sales accountability. Hubspot is the best for this.

- Update sequences for everyone in the sequence and not just those added after the update.
- better organisation of tasks - maybe order them by week.
- More automation when syncing from Linkedin.
- Sequences not updating.
