Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM allows us to be organized and effectively help us to track out sales performance as an individual, as a team and as a company level. The ability to export it and being compatible with other softwares are definitely a plus as well.

Cons

  • Can be even more interactive in UI portion.
  • More customization feature will be great.
  • Lesser time required on sales reporting
  • More time to do work.

Sales based where multiple contracts are happening at the same time. If there isn't sales portion, no point doing it because it doesn't serve much purpose outside of sales.
