Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as our sales record-keeping tool alongside a being a report generating system and outreach automation platform as well. It is mainly used by the sales team, but the customer support team also utilizes it to keep up to date with recent outreach as well as contract and deal statuses.

  • Support issues that have to be brought to the HubSpot support team are usually not easily resolved
  • They have been raising prices consistently over the last 2 years
  • The adoption and learning curve for new employees isn't very long
It is a bit simpler than some of the other CRM's I have used, but as a result of that it is not overly complicated and does not have a terrible learning curve. It is relatively simply laid out and easy to navigate.
HubSpot is not as in-depth or detailed as some of the other CRM options out there. This also means that it can be a bit quicker to learn as it does not have as many features and it has a relatively simple interface that is easy to use. However, other tools out there have more robust reporting functionalities as well as automation functionality.

It is good as a relatively basic but user-friendly CRM. It is good as a record keeping log of contacts and companies, as well as any associated deals as well as phone calls and emails that have been sent to those records. It has a reporting function but we find this is limited and not very customizable as well as the support which does not seem to be very helpful.
