Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Generating good leads is always difficult, but even with the free version of HubSpot CRM you can manage those leads and filter them in numerous ways. One thing I love to do, is to use HubSpot's form generator to build forms for different lead generation funnels so that I know what is working for me and also, when it is working for me. Some leads are seasonal, others are linked to specific marketing campaigns and HubSpot forms build into the CRM helps me manage my lead gen as stats.
Pros
- As I mentioned, the way forms link with the CRM is brilliant
- The filters are excellent
- Data input, linking and searches are brilliant
Cons
- The only thing I would like to see is lower pricing on the upgrades, or the ability to purchase specific modules
- Great for medium and large businesses, with a good ROI
- The free version has a lot of functionality which means amazing ROI
VTiger is limited in many ways, HubSpot CRM has all on the features but you may have to pay for some.
