Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM for marketing purposes - social channel posting, email marketing, lead management, etc.
Pros
- Calendar facility is effective for my needs
- Lead management is great
- Content creation is made easy
Cons
- Integration with LinkedIn has faltered in the last few months and links on posts do not publish so I have to go to LinkedIn itself, delete the post and redo it through LinkedIn with the link.

HubSpot CRM has allowed our marketing and sales teams to liaise using the same database without having to constantly call one another and be in meetings, thus saving us a lot of time.
We started using monday.com in response to our problem with failing link integration on social posting. I love the features of HubSpot CRM for social posting in particular and email marketing so it's just a shame the links don't work. I enjoy combining HubSpot CRM and monday.com for a well balanced marketing management system.
