Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM to prospect and identify leads. It helps me to categorize my prospects and existing clients to ensure I am organized when it comes to outreach and account management. It helps me maintain a clean workflow. It also helps me to see when an email has been opened or viewed by a prosepct.

Our marketing team does not use HubSpot CRM, strictly sales. As for the sales portion, we use it collaboratively so everyone can see which deals are being worked on by who, and if a colleague has already emailed a prospect. This allows us to avoid repitition and stay organized. We also get reports that show how many emails were sent and how many meetings were had
