Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to prospect and identify leads. It helps me to categorize my prospects and existing clients to ensure I am organized when it comes to outreach and account management. It helps me maintain a clean workflow. It also helps me to see when an email has been opened or viewed by a prosepct.

It is very user friendly. It took me less than a few days to feel comfortable with using this CRM. There are also several vidoes in HubSpot CRM academy if you are looking to learn more of a specific module, and there are live trainings you can request and join into!
Our marketing team does not use HubSpot CRM, strictly sales. As for the sales portion, we use it collaboratively so everyone can see which deals are being worked on by who, and if a colleague has already emailed a prospect. This allows us to avoid repitition and stay organized. We also get reports that show how many emails were sent and how many meetings were had

HubSpot CRM is great for employees to track their activity and collaborate with each other when it comes to prospects and client engagement. It is very easy to use, and there are lots of resources to get started if you are a brand new user. There also is a good amount of automation with sites like outlook
