Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
good tracking of customer interactions, ability to see when the customer is touches as well as see if the customer opened your emails. easy interface to find customer businesses in the system and break down where you are in the selling process, and the ability for manager reports help track efforts also.
Pros
- collects data in one place for customer contacts.
- easy to use the program to track sales process
- lots of ability to ad personal notes to use in future meetings
Cons
- Sometimes typing in the company business leads to a longer search than wanted
- If bad input is put into the system about the customer i can be tough to remove.
- I like the sales training that HubSpot CRM offers and that they change speakers so it is harder to loose track and zone out
- It makes it much easier to track activity and also see that the sales reps are taking clients to the next step in the process.
- The reporting process is very customizable so its easy to make it show what you want as an individual manager.
- It is easy to set up a process so you can start an intelligent conversation with the sales rep about any customer at any time.
The time between the different systems was to long to give a fair assessment.
