Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub
We use it to track all client interactions, collaborate on client issues, and for email sequences (marketing and sales funnel) and task management. We also use it for reporting on key metrics.
Pros
- Automated email sequences
- Batching tasks with queues
- Connecting customers to other customers, companies, and tasks
Cons
- Assigning tasks in a sequence to the proper person, not just the person who activates the sequence
- Inability to text customers and track with same functionality as email is a big missing

- Streamlined communication = more efficient use of team time
HubSpot Sales Hub has a better UI and broader functionality ClientTether has texting integration which is awesome but is too specialized for the entire business to use.
