As a sales organization, we use HubSpot Sales Hub to gain insight into leads that are engaging with our outreach and website content, to perform targeting marketing off of this data as well as to broaden our reach, and to move leads through the sales process.

- Contact, deal and task management is all integrated and customizable
- Email integration means everything is automatically captured in HubSpot Sales Hub, without manual intervention
- Being able to schedule emails and easily send batch emails is a huge bonus
- Dashboards can be difficult to build / understand where data is pulled from

HubSpot Sales Hub is much easier to use than other solutions, but it is also the most comprehensive CRM I have used to date.
