Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We utilize Human Interest as our retirement plan of record for our staff. Because we are a staffing agency and onboard employees often, ease of use was a selling point for us. Human Interest takes all the administrative burden off our plates and routes all information to the employee when they become eligible. The system allows the employee to make informed decisions on a granular level and have taken all scenarios for retirement planning into account so that the employee is in control every step of the way. It integrates with our payroll system so it is truly hands off. I highly recommend Human Interest for any company who needs to automate this administrative task.

I've rarely needed to rely on the support team but when I have, it has been a positive experience.

Human Interest is well suited for businesses with staff who are onboarding often, like staffing agencies or companies who are expanding rapidly, but I see value in this for small business as well, as traversing the administrative aspects of retirement accounts can be difficult. I can't think of a scenario in which it would not be appropriate unless a business would like to be more hands on in the administrative process.
