Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use Human Interest for our 401K plan. I administer this plan
Pros
- Has an online presence
- Ease to schedule meetings with CSM
Cons
- In my experience, integration was a complete failure
- lack of responsiveness in getting contributions into plan
- No way to escalate issues other than scheduling call
- in my opinion, lack of timely problem resolution
- Client needs to manage the plan because no one at Human Interest seems to be aware or concerned when contributions are not made into employees plans
- High turnover
- trying to get this plan to function and be in compliance has taken vast amount of mine and our CPA's times. From that perspective it is a costly option
In my experience, I have found support quite lacking. No ability to speak to someone other than our CSM, who while quite a nice guy, is not empowered to take corrective action. It appears that the people who mapped out the integration left zero notes for the rest of us who are now trying to figure this out. Complete mess. I am very concerned we are not in compliance and no one at Human Interest can be bothered to answer my questions
