Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest for our 401K plan. I administer this plan
  • Has an online presence
  • Ease to schedule meetings with CSM
  • In my experience, integration was a complete failure
  • lack of responsiveness in getting contributions into plan
  • No way to escalate issues other than scheduling call
  • in my opinion, lack of timely problem resolution
  • Client needs to manage the plan because no one at Human Interest seems to be aware or concerned when contributions are not made into employees plans
  • High turnover
  • trying to get this plan to function and be in compliance has taken vast amount of mine and our CPA's times. From that perspective it is a costly option

I could not recommend Human Interest based on this experience. I recognize that errors happen however what I find egregious is the lack of responsiveness and non-answers to client's questions.
