Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest
We use HI for our 403(b) plan.
- User interface very user-friendly.
- Easy to make changes to one's account.
- Customer service is quick and professional.
- Sales tax exemption process has been a bit of a nightmare.
- Offering a match to our retirement plan has incentivized employees to stay with us.
- Ease of use of the platform for users is a bonus.
HI is hands down more personable and helpful to the small business owner. HI does not make us feel inadequate or unimportant even though we have 20ish employees who are teachers and our account balance is not that big.
