Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite
We use it for processing of IT tickets, SR etc, so basically all ITIL Processes.
Pros
- PKI tracking
- ergonomic usability
- IBM Support
Cons
- better usage of desktop space
- some users are struggling with the interface
- partially complicated troubleshooting
- tracking of open tickets
- lot of automation saves time/budget
high integration in IBM provided products.
User acceptance, once user get proper trainings

to be honest, IBM Maximo Application Suite doesn't provide any exlusive feautres , other ITIL software wouldn't provide. So basically it has only advantage for companies, which weren't using other products before
