Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

Being an excellent process mining tool, this software we have its different functions to solve all the complex problems, obtaining the reports immediately, which makes us make any decision that is necessary for the organization. The intelligent automation that it has makes everything faster and well done, so a large number of revisions is achieved in a few minutes. Since we used IBM PROCESS MINING, the monitoring for the identification of tasks and projects, everything has worked better.

The good tutorial of the product towards the personnel of the organization makes it work with more efficiency and productivity. In addition to the fact that this software shows very well all the important aspects of the process, you can always see the existing problems for their immediate repair. It has good customer service, which response quickly to any concerns.
