Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
IBM Robotic Process Automation is the core of our business at the moment. We are having some problems with the support, and all transitions of versions, updates have been struggling. But we believe that will be solved in a short period of time. Also, all the company has a strong belief that the market will continue to grow, and if IBM Robotic Process Automation maintains a course of improvements its platform will be a big animal in this jungle.
- All kinds of clicks
- Validations of images
- Database conections
- Handle Errors (Change of context)
- Some terminal commands
- Email Conection (Is pointed like a not safe app, making trouble with some clients)
- Case where R$1800,00 lowered cost by execution in a fiscal job
- Case where 12 employees were replaced
- The case were daily reports are being made by IBM RPA and the HR now is focused in improving employees workplace
Unfortunately, I have not had good experiences with this tool. When I had the opportunity to take a project that needed the tool, we had to leave that part for another time because of some incompatibilities. saying that, as I only had one experience, I don't think I would be the best person to be talking about this subject.
I could not measure exactly, but i affirm that is alot.
