Scope of the usecase is automate all the email and redirect to right department using Extract Entities from Email,Classify them and invoke respective department i.e Create a task with extracted entities
Which eliminates human intervention to monitor mail,analysis and make appropriate data entry to respective system

- IMAP Server Connection with continuous monitoring using loop
- Classifying the emails using Text Classifier
- Extract Entities
- Conditional loops for cases
- Entities extraction could be improved still
- Any prediction machine learning techniques to be enabled
- Last but more important is about User Interface Feel..This tools still has classic UI
- Since most of manual work is replaced with RPA,its obvious we will have more operation cost cut
- Applying intelligence with NLP & ML techniques, further helping the reviewer to make easy decision
- Integrating other component further makes the product suite for any industry
wow thats great one i missed out.Have to explore on this
I could see 80% of the time has been reduced and with right tuning we can reduce further as well
