Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
In our organization we had a lot of manual process of updating day to day activities and the data was never in an organized format since every team uses different formats. It was really hard for us to manage it and it took a lot of man hours to do this activity which was an overhead. With help of IBM RPA we were able to automate using bots to significantly save man hours and cost.

IBM is much better compared to any player in the market. They are fast to build, and deploy it as well as test the bots. Dashboard is good and gives a full picture. AI works like a charm, quick to learn and you will see desirable results really soon. Support from IBM is the best.
