Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
Easy & simple to use tool - no special training required for layman, all it takes is a little practice
It performs tests on complex portals
It has certain limitations in use, for eg - you cant integrate it with every 3rd party portals
The tool comes with complete documentation, however has room for improvement like alter/ change, addition/ deletion etc

Pros
- Development simplicity, Complete documentation for help
- We've built some creative solutions with minimum effort and least coding efforts
- Data scraping is accurate enough, easy excel automation saves plenty of time, gathers huge amount of data
- Performs well in attended and unattended processes
Cons
- Improvements in UI, debugging, data addition/ deletion/ alteration
- Customer support isnt comparable to other players like SAP
- IBM should provide framework for invoice processing or create basic templates
- Improved compliance, risk management, Cost reductions
- Effective usability in Mac OS also is an additional value add
- Supported in our cloud environment
- Zoom, Slack and Cisco Webex Desk Pro

We wanted to opt for a well placed Automation solution which converses in multiple major languages across the world - IBM is well placed
Deploying RPA bots across process, and integrating with other tools also provides a faster, time saving, effective solution to corporations
