Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

I worked as systems engineer where digital product management systems needed to be organized and optimized. Considering that we have had thousands of alternative journeys, having IBM Robotic Process Automation at out disposal helped us incredibly to reduce the manhour needed and provide results which are less prone to human errors.
  • Journey Repetition
  • Journey Design
  • Bottleneck Detection
  • More Flexibity
  • More Integrations
  • More File Types Compatibility
  • 2 Headcounts from RPA team
  • Increased efficiency by 15%
  • Decreased clerical errors by 85%
We have integrated IBM Robotic Process Automation only with internal messaging platforms, I guess we will not do that for the external or consumer facing platforms in the near future, the tool we have employed was IBM MQ (messaging and queuing middleware) and after this integrations internal messages are far more clear.
IBM robotic process automation saved at least two headcounts from out team which equals to at least 400 hours from the monthly workload and especially the fact that the results we have produced with IBM RPA are less prone to human or clerical errors to it saved another almost 50 hours from our current workload.
I can tell that I did use UiPath Automation Platform and IBM Robotic Process Automation together and I can safely say that IBM Robotic Process Automation is far more compatible with enterprise environment because it's far more secure and reliable however being a new tool in the area UiPath has definitely also their perks.

Do you think IBM Robotic Process Automation delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with IBM Robotic Process Automation's feature set?

Yes

Did IBM Robotic Process Automation live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of IBM Robotic Process Automation go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy IBM Robotic Process Automation again?

Yes

It's very common especially in corporates to confuse Robotic Process Automation via Artificial Intelligence even with Machine Learning that's why some of the use-cases we have had required AI or ML or both of them and RPA's additional value there would be really minimal, given the internal dynamics we set everyone's expectations better after a while.
