Overall Satisfaction with IBM Targetprocess

We use IBM Targetprocess to manage dependencies and Track progrecc in a komplex SAFe based Development. Further we use it to create alignment using OKR.

Pros

  • Support PI Planning
  • Alignment / transparency with OKR
  • Roadmapping

Cons

  • more effective Portfolio Management functions
  • UI: Handeling of very large Planning Bords
  • High effort for Jira project integration
  • Positive: Reduced Tool Redundancy
