Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant
I am currently evaluating its use in my embedded systems classes for developing IoT applications that can be activated through voice commands. My intent is to allow students to use Watson Assistant in their final projects, in which they are supposed to control the operation of an Arduino board plugged into some actuators.

- Simplifies chatbot development

- Improved voice recognition
The NLP features provided by Watson Assistant result in an experience similar as good as the one provided by commercial personal assistants such as Alexa, Siri and Google. The use of AI improves its ability to handle input that does not fit exactly with what is expected by a chatbot.
Chatbot development is easier and more straightforward that its competitors.
