Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

IBM Watson Assistant is a great form of using Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning hand in hand. Using this ChatBot mechanism we can get straight forward answers with good resolution time and the best thing about this tool is that it has both adaptive and predictive learning mechanism. It learns on fly and corrects itself when needed.

We are using this in our current banking application to help customer resolve their issue with less customer service representative interactions.

Major reason for rating this tool so high is due to its balance between both customer need and business objective are well balance. The use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning is highly taken in consideration. Also the interactive User Interface is very smooth.

This tool has the ability to learn on the go which can resolve many customer issues.
The best part about IBM Watson Assistant is that the integration with other external system can we done easily. As this tool not only support test but also various formats to help user resolve their issue. It is very simple enough to create a virtual assistance.

This is one of IBM's finest product and the Building, training and test is very easy and efficient.
IBM Watson Assistant is doing great as other tools directly search from the internet and it need to understand all the algorithm to fetch the right answer. Also design of this is very difficult as they need to much of data feed where as IBM's tool can train by itself using both adaptive and predictive studio.

Its in Great shape and looking forward for more enhancements.

We are currently working in a banking application where many front end users when banking for their account need assistance, in this case reaching Customer Service representative and waiting for a longer queue might delay our actual task. We started using IBM Watson Assistant and fed some data with test users.

When more and more users started interacting it gave correct response depending on users need. Our Agent calls reduced by 17% post implementation on this tool
