iCIMS use in our organization is strictly for talent acquisition. Used specifically for our US and Canada facilities.

  • Job board and third party tool integration

Cons

  • Support has been lacking in recent months.
  • Turnover of staff.
  • Slow to respond.
  • Profile to application: removed redundant entering by candidate.
  • Effective external integration.
One-stop shop for on-boarding and employee documents.
