Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

We use iCIMS Talent Cloud for the entire organization from hiring hourly assembly workers through senior executives. We utilize it to standardize the hiring process across the organization as well as to ensure government compliance and that we are meeting all of our goals in the recruitment space. All of the tools in the system help us create a quality candidate experience.

  • Roles-based dashboards
  • iForms need to be mobile friendly and not appear to be a form
  • Text messaging seems to be blocked a lot
  • Personalized support
  • Improved candidate experience
  • Saved recruiters and HR time on processing new hires
  • Metrics are easy to pull; everything is searchable
  • Increased Time to Resolve Issues, customer service time to complete and assign issues is at an all time high
It has changed a lot over time. I would call iCIMS Talent Cloud's current level of support OK but not great. Why? Because it was great and somehow they managed to downgrade that experience over time to the point where it can take up to 2 or more hours to get someone on the phone if you wait on hold, if you ask them to call you back it can take 8 or more hours, and if you just submit a help ticket it can take 2-3 days or more before you issue is addressed. My hope is they get back to the individual level of support again in the future because I should not have to wait 2 days to get something fixed when it is a 10 minute job.

Now that iCIMS Talent Cloud has Jibe and Offer, it is a well-rounded talent suite. It needs to continue making improvements where all the products work together as a seamless system. I can tell it is bringing in tools as building blocks Simple things like being able to have the system send a text with the offer is a miss right now, but overall it is so much better than what we were doing previously and still best on offer!

Yes - Its as good as any other, iForms dont work well in mobile, the platform doesnt work well in mobile, all other aspects do
It is user friendly and easy to navigate. I can train a brand new coordinator, a hiring manager, or a seasoned recruiter how to use the system in very little time. It is easy to find the information I need and report on those things that are important to leadership.
