Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud
It is being used across the organization in hiring. We have different lines of business and all managers use it with jobs they have open and the process is from creating a job to hiring a person.
Pros
- It tracks everything very well
- We can change features whenever we want depending on need
- It's all in one database
Cons
- I wish there was a notes page on the main screen of the candidates page
- iCIMS saves time for hiring.
