  • I really love the "ease" of use of creating mailing lists and updating contact info of subscribers.
  • The ability to preview emails provides me with a chance to correct and revise without having html background.
  • I would like to add words that are business/organization related to the spell check function.
  • iContact definitely has provided increased employee efficiency allowing us to create beautiful emails on the fly.
Yes, we will definitely renew because of the ease of use. I work with a really small organization, and iContact allows us to send out professional emails and provides us with great metrics.
I would definitely recommend. I like the way it integrates with our CRM, Salesforce. One question I would ask would be to find out if they have an in house graphic designer to help assist with any design changes to HTML?

Usability

After using the system for 2 years I truly have become accustomed to using the system and have found it really easy to use. Our organization sends out over 6 emails per month and to have the ability to design beautiful emails and helpful reports really is like a having a staff member aboard that you can trust to get the job done and right each and every time.
