Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay
We use Image Relay to organize our creative assets and for easier collaboration working as a fully remote team. We have multiple team members that need to access our large library of assets and a quick way to find what they need. Image Relay makes it easy to tag photos, videos, and deliverables for a quick search. Everything is very customizable so we were able to create tag sets to search our library for specific product shots, lifestyle shots, or even the time of year. This makes it much easier to find the perfect image for creating ads, and updating our catalog, or website. We no longer have to dig through folders and manually search through thousands of assets to find what we need.
- Onboarding
- Keeping things simple
- Customization
- Integrates with Adobe
- The Adobe integration is currently being worked on so I would say that needs improvement but they are already tackling that!
- Copy paste feature for metadata
- Find images quickly for last minute creative requests
- Collections make it easy to share images with contractors
- We can now provide an easier way for freelance photographers to give us their images.
The discovery process was by far the best with Image Relay. We did not have to waste time on several sales calls before they gave us a real demo and answered our specific questions. We got EVERYTHING we needed to know in the first meeting and that ultimately did help us make our decision. We were in a hurry to start implementation and they were fantastic with not wasting our time. Salsify does not have the simplicity that we love about Image Relay nor does it have the options for assets that our creative team needs. Bynder was an okay choice, however, it was a lot more expensive and we had to sit through many calls. The team at Image Relay really made me feel like we would have a more personal experience with implementation and they did not waste our time at all.
