Overall Satisfaction with Indeed.com
My manager and I both use it to post jobs for the whole organization. It is very helpful when we run out of referrals to restock our resume options.
- Being able to alter already posted jobs make it easy to post new positions
- Ease of using the website
- Pulls a lot of good talent for us
- We are able to post jobs in certain locations
- Customize each job posting for what we need
- The only downside I have experienced is it being down for maintenance on a week day when needed
- Huge pool of resumes

- We can fill open positions quickly.
