It needs improvement, especially on its paid feature. I didn’t see any improvement in the applicant pool on the sponsored job postings. Also, there was a lack of support in setting up a good posting.
Great for a large applicant pool. With increased demand, we are constantly looking for qualified drivers in our area to fill delivery associate positions.
