Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

Indeed is a hyper-competitive space and pioneering recruiting platform. Indeed Sponsored Jobs has provided us with greater applicant quantity and quality by allowing us to better differentiate and promote ourselves with candidates in their eco-system. We were not seeing the applicant volume or depth previously. This product has changed that for us in a substantive way.
  • Drives more applicant traffic to apply through our ATS
  • Enables our job posting to catch the eyes of harder to reach candidates
  • Overall raises our TA presence and company Indeed profile
  • Continue to make applying to the employer easy
  • Our time to hire for one team has been reduced 30-40% since we adopted ISJ

I have been a skeptic in the past that Indeed Sponsored Jobs would significantly impact our applicant flow and candidate attraction rate. But it has! The volume and quality of our candidate pool have dramatically improved in part because of our adoption of this product. I was beginning to lose faith in Indeed as a pioneer in the online recruitment space... but not now! Thank You, Indeed, for helping us to see the advertising light!
