Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs
In today's tight labor market getting noticed by applicants is key. We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to elevate who sees our key positions to ensure they are front and center for the applicants. The fees are reasonable and Indeed also does a nice job of tracking analytics so we can understand the ROI of paying for this sponsorship as well.
- The analytics behind the sponsored jobs are great!
- Our account representative does a nice job reaching out to maintain a relationship.
- The automation that Indeed does with scrubbing our career site is impressive.
- Indeed as a whole seems a bit archaic in its look and functionality.
- The resumes that come through are presented very plainly.
- Applicant quality has improved.
- Time to feel has decreased.
- Applicant quantity has increased which can take more time to sort through unqualified applicants.
Many of our engineering positions and out of area positions.
None that particularly stand out.
Our career site works well with Indeed so it makes sense that is the elevated platform we chose.
