Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

We use Indeed Sponsored Jobs to get extra attention for those positions that are more difficult to recruit.
  • Posting gets more visibility.
  • Our posting gets more clicks from job seekers.
  • When a job seeker applies, ask if they want to review or update their resume.
  • Many resumes are really out-of-date; some of the candidates tell me they could not figure out how to update their resume in Indeed. Make this easier for the job seeker, which will give the employer more current information about the candidate.
  • Time to hire improves with Sponsored Jobs.
  • Cost per hire is more budget friendly compared to using an outside specialty recruiter.

Our Sr. Account Executive and Client Success Rep are fabulous to work with. They are both very attentive and will spend time brainstorming with me on how to get more apps! I'm fortunate to work with two great individuals at Indeed!
I currently use Paycom to post my positions. This system automatically connects with Indeed to post our positions on the "free" Indeed job board - not Indeed Sponsored Jobs. However, I can give the Paycom job link to my contacts and they will assist in setting up a Sponsored Campaign for me.
