Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs
We hire hundreds of substitute teachers a year to support the teacher shortage crisis and help make learning free of interruptions. Simply posting job descriptions on our website does not bring in the number of substitute teachers we need to support our network of hundreds of partner schools. Indeed Sponsored Jobs allows us to post our substitute teacher jobs in the locations where our schools are requesting and allows us to do it so that we don't have to manage budget and levers every day.

- It drives me crazy that when I organize my jobs by saying "job status," it refreshes to organized by age as soon as I refresh the page. When I have four pages of jobs, it's really annoying to have to go through paused jobs to get to a job that's older than others.
- I'd love to figure out a way to track applies on Indeed's end, even if I don't have an easy apply setup.
- Indeed resume needs to update the settings so that we can do some formatting in the job description portion.
- I'd like more control over my max budget for the month.
- It would be cool if, when using the "post in multiple locations" feature, a map popped up just to be sure the location is where you want. Sometimes I want to post the location as a neighborhood and not exactly a city, and it can be hard to know if that neighborhood is actually where I think it is.
- Add more neighborhoods (not cities) to the list of locations that can be posted in.
- This past year we've brought in the most substitute teachers we've ever had, with the lowest CPA, and the channel with the highest volume came from Indeed Sponsored Jobs.
